Our villa is located in Nice. It’s a spacious and comfortable four-bedroom, three-bathroom house, perfect for families or friends looking to enjoy the best of the French Riviera.

The house has plenty of natural light, a cozy living space, and a fully equipped kitchen where I love to cook with fresh ingredients from the local markets. There’s a lovely garden with a terrace where I spend most of my time in the warmer months, whether it’s enjoying a morning coffee or an evening apéritif.

I love living here because it’s close enough to the buzz of Nice but still peaceful, with easy access to the beach, hiking trails, and charming villages in the hills. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with a mix of city, sea, and nature, my home is open for exchange!
